Our company has 4 sets German HÖFLER gear grinding machines. They can make the spur cylindrical gear, helical cylindrical gear, herringbone gear, internal spur gear, internal helical gear and spline. With reasonable fixture clamp and gear datum precision, we could make small batch with precision class DIN 2~3 or mass production with precision class DIN 5~6. The maximum grinding diameter can reach 2500 mm.
Profile gear grinding machine can make the high precision gear with all kinds of profile modification, lead modification, including crowning, K shape, dissymmetry modification, segmentation modification, etc.

Our company has the CNC horizontal machine which can lathe the internal and external circle, transverse plane, groove, arbitrary conical surface, spherical surface of the work-piece.
High precision surface grinding equipment and reasonable frock clamp will get higher gear datum precision. Especially in vertical CNC inner grinding machine, with once clamping, grinding the plane and bore in one setup ensures the gear orientation datum precision.
