Our professional staffs carry out the quality inspection for raw material and heat treatment in our physical and chemical lab. We have a German Leica metalloscope to detect metallographic structure. Meanwhile it has Rockwell, Brinell and Leeb sclerometer to test the hardness of coupons and products. We also have portable metalloscope to detect metallographic structure at the site.

Our lab has an ability to do tensile test and impact test with the condition of -60°C. 

The Germany Spectro mobile spectrometer is used to double check the chemical elements of the raw materials, to make sure 100% everything is under control and conform to the customer’s technical and quality requirements.

Our testing lab has a professional Gleason M&M gear inspection center. This machine has gear accuracy standards of the whole world. It can inspect the gear accuracy grades according to all kinds of gear accuracy standards.

After rigorous machining process, non-destructive fluorescent magnetic particle detection for grinding surface would make sure the work-piece without crack, fold and other appearance defects that affect use.

We have a Hexagon coordinate measuring machine with German Quindos system and Leitz scanning probe at present. It can not only measure all kinds of form and location tolerances and dimension tolerances, but also the involutes gear precision.
